Renovation of an educational facility in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,050-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
This project is primarily a complete kitchen renovation with all new equipment and an addition to the building for a freezer/cooler. There are also select updates to the campus beyond the kitchen which are listed below. Replace the PA system. New voice evac fire alarm system. Replace valves on the existing fire sprinkler system. New digital marquee. Repairs to existing sidewalks. Replace toilet partitions in existing group restrooms. Add a two-compartment deep sink to the art room. Updates to play area fencing. Estimated Budget - $2,586,427 and $250,000 Owner's Contingency Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities as may be deemed in Owner's interest.
