A summary of the work required to complete the contract. 2. This summary is not all-inclusive, but rather is a guide to assist bidders and other interested parties in determining the scope of this contract. A. The OWNER desires to make improvements to Lift Staion No. 14. The improvements include the following items. 1. Abrasive blast and repaint interior of pump chamber. 2. Replace sump pump & discharge piping. 3. Replace all process pipe and valves associated with the lift station. 4. Replace force main from lift station to discharge manhole. 5. Remove and replace dry pit submersible pumps. 6. Install variable frequency drives for pump operation. 7. Remove and replace lift station control panel. 8. Install impressed current cathodic protection system. 9. Install permanent standby generator. 10. Add magnetic flow meter. 11. Construct site improvments. Lincoln Charter Township is soliciting sealed proposals for Lift Station No. 14 Improvements. The work includes various improvements to the lift station structure and equipment as well as the replacement of the forcemain and all related work. In order for your bid to be recognized and opened, your company must be registered as a Planholder of Record for this project by completing the Planholder of Record Registration Form.
