For the Science Classroom Remodeling Project located at the Waynesville Junior High School, 723 Dayton Road, Waynesville, Ohio, 45068. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Wayne Local School District Administrative Office, 625 Dayton Road, Waynesville, Ohio 45068. Sealed bids will be received for the General Construction Contract. The probable contract cost for the base bid construction contract is $ 650,000. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. Each proposal shall contain the name of every person interested therein. Each proposal shall meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. No bids may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Wayne Local School District, Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project.
