Notice is Hereby Given That the Board of School Trustees of the Tippecanoe School Corporation, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, Will Receive Sealed Proposals for the Construction (Including All Labor, Materials, and Equipment) of the Tippecanoe School Corporation Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days thereafter. Each bid shall be accompanied by an executed non-collusion affidavit, an executed bid bond in the minimum amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and such other documents required by the Instructions to Bidders The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. Pursuant to and in compliance with the invitation to bid and the proposed Contract Documents relating to the: Refresh of interior spaces at multiple facilities including replacement of ceilings and light fixtures, limited repainting, and other associated finish work. The schools include Wea Ridge Elementary, Woodland Elementary, Wea Ridge Middle and McCutcheon High School All labor, materials, allowances, services, freight and equipment necessary for completion of the work shown on the drawings and in the Specifications, covering and supervising the entire project to guarantee complete work in accordance with the total project work to be performed. Local Building Permit shall be the duty and the expense of the General Contractor.
