Elgin Court Public School Washroom Renovations. The project is located at Elgin Court Public school in St. Thomas, ON. The scope of work entails the refreshing of all first floor student and staff washrooms within the school, and minimal enhancements to the universal washroom. Elgin Court P.S. is a two storey school with a steel beam and column structure, a concrete slab on grade and concrete block walls. Existing interior finishes feature original terrazzo flooring, terrazzo coved base, vinyl composite tile, rubber base, porcelain tile, painted block and plaster ceilings. General improvements include new acoustic tile ceilings, wall painting, grinding and polishing of terrazzo floors, replacement of multi-stall partitions with new thru-colour solid phenolic, and new Bradley sinks within the student washrooms. Washrooms will see the installation of new accessories and mechanical and electrical modifications and upgrades to suit. Asbestos, Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well. *Awarded project value is undisclosed.
