The project generally consists of the installation of replacement water mains in Monroe Street, Poplar Street, and Jackson Street in Missoula, Montana. This includes installation of new 8" ductile iron water main, new fire hydrants, connections to existing mains, water service swaps, abandonment of existing mains, and restoration of disturbed areas. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from: State Revolving Fund (SRF). The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Missoula.
