Approximate quantities of Hot Mix Asphalt Materials to be purchased by Kenosha County during 2024 are as follows: 18,000 TON -3MT 58-28 S Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility (ies). 20,000 TON -4MT 58-28 S Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility (ies). 7,000 TON -5MT 58-28 S Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility (ies). 20,000 TON -4MT 58-28 H Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility (ies). 7,000 TON -5MT 58-28 H Hot Mix Asphalt Material picked up by Kenosha County DPW trucks at Contractor Facility (ies). A certified check or bid bond payable without condition to Kenosha County in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. The Kenosha County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, or to accept any bid which may be most advantageous to, and in the best interest of Kenosha County.
