Description of Project: The project consists of the construction design, bidding, construction engineering and technical services for the Behind the Wire Recovery Housing Facility Construction Project. Description of Services Needed: Professional architectural/engineering services are needed to undertake and perform the proposed study. A preliminary scope of services should include the following: construction design, bidding, construction engineering and technical services for the Behind the Wire Recovery Housing Level III facility. A detailed scope of services will be negotiated with the successful firm deemed most qualified for this study. Type of Contract: The BTW Board will execute a lump-sum contract for this project. All services will be stated on a cost reimbursement basis (hourly rate and maximum hours fixed). The awarded contract will have a "not-to-exceed" clause which will limit the allowable fees charged in connection with this project through close out. Federal Requirements: The project will be developed in a manner which satisfies all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. Prospective organizations should note the successful engineering firm must meet the terms and conditions outlined in the "Federal and State Third-Party Contract Provisions", which are attached to and made part of this RSQ.
