Renovation of a municipal facility in Ear Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In an effort to improve energy efficiency and tenant comfort, the following upgrades to the building will include. 1) Upgraded insulation levels in the attic and additional insulation to the walls and perimeter foundation. 2) New windows in all suites. 3) Replacement of exterior doors and frames. 4) EIFS Wall System. 5) New Concrete Patios. Documents can be obtained at: https://kdsb.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Fri Feb 16, 2024 4:00:00 PM (CST) Project description: Insulation upgrades, Window Replacement and EIFS Wall Finish Addenda Period: Addenda shall be issued up to Monday February 19, 2024 at 4:00 pm CST. A verifiable e-bond is the preferred format of Bid Bond. However, a scan of a physically signed and sealed Bid Bond will be accepted if the original signed and sealed copy is physically delivered to the Owner before 4:00pm three business days after the closing date, marked Attn: KDSB Infrastructure Department to one of KDSBs regional offices, which can be found here: https://kdsb.on.ca/office-locations/. Tender Submission: Bids shall be submitted electronically through bids&tenders, the eProcurement platform, not later than 4:00 PM CST on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
