Fairhaven Village Green Restroom Repairs The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide engineering, surveying, environmental, construction administration, testing, and other consulting support services necessary for the Fairhaven Village Green Restroom Repair project. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to these categories of work. The area of work includes the Fairhaven Village Green Park, restroom, and surrounding areas related to the work, located at 1207 10th Street, Bellingham, Washington 98225. The focus of this project is to investigate the condition or structural integrity of underground basement walls, footings, ceilings, and surrounding areas, landscaping, and utilities; identify deficiencies, and to provide a retrofit to repair or replace systems in part or in their entirety to eliminate water intrusion into the underground restroom and janitorial areas; provide a cost estimate for a preliminary design, and, if elected by the city, complete design, permitting and construction administration to implement the repairs or replacement structure and associated work.
