The Secretary of the Board of Education of Council Bluffs Community School District , County of Pottawattamie, State of Iowa , will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General Work for the Longfellow Elementary Settlement Repairs and Thomas Jefferson High School Settlement Repairs. Longfellow Elementary is located at 2011 South 10th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501 and Thomas Jefferson High School is located at 2501 West Broadway, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501. The Project consists of the raising of existing concrete slabs and interior renovation. Question Deadline 02/06/2024 Questions. Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Project Manual, and will become part of the Contract. The Architect/ Engineer and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered. Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per the owner. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issue The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within ten (10) days after the Bid opening. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
