Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for upgrades to four (4) wastewater pump station facilities within the GMA Area of the City of Vancouvers wastewater collection system. At the Maplecrest Pump Station, work to include mechanical and electrical upgrades, including a new controls building, telemetry controls, pad-mounted transformer, flow meter and valve vault, odor control, and site civil upgrades. At the Pheasant Run Pump Station, work to include gate upgrades. At the Edmunds Estate, Pheasant Run, and Stein Estates Pump Stations, work to include flow meter improvements. Work to be performed includes construction & modifications to existing pump station facilities as shown on the Contract Plans and specified herein. All work shall be according to the Contract Plan Set, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications The contract work shall be Physically Complete within 150 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
