There are currently four shelters, and they are all in different states of disrepair. The shelters are made of (4) steel posts dug and set in concrete footings. The roof structure is composed of nominal pressure treated lumber, with an asphalt shingle roof. This bid includes demolition, constructing a new shelter, repairing three existing (all in different states of repair). A site visit will be mandatory and will give you the chance to see what work is required at each location, logistics and existing construction used for the shelters onsite (Shelter 1 is in good condition).
