Fax: 412-824-9587 14920 Route 30 North Huntingdon, PA 15642 LOCATION OF THE WORK All work under this Contract will be performed on Lemon Alley at 341 Euclid Avenue within the Borough of Glassport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. 2. DRAWINGS The following drawing is included herein and made an integral part of the Contract Documents. Plan Sheet 1-1 (These Drawings are bound within these documents and follow this Scope of Work). 3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all reconstruction as indicated on the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but is not limited to: Sawcut Asphalt-- Price includes cost of asphalt saw cutting, removal, excavation and any other cost that would apply per plan drawing. 2A Modified Stone Base/Footer & 2B Backfill - Price includes cost of Excavation, Supply and installation of 2A modified stone as a base course/footer for the new wall and 2B Free Draining Backfill behind new wall, Complete per plan drawing. Non-Woven-Geotextile Fabric- Price includes cost of excavation, purchase and placement of nonwoven Geotextile fabric to create a separation barrier of the existing dirt on hillside and the stone behind the proposed Stone face block wall, fabric must be running the complete length and height of wall to envelope stone to ensure no dirt settlement protrudes into stone, Completed per plan drawing. Decorative Stone Face Concrete Block- Price includes cost of Excavation, purchase and placement of Decorative Stone Face Concrete Block to complete wall per plans, along with price includes 2B backfill in area disturbed by construction. Block to be "Decorative Stone Face Concrete Block" 2'x2'x4' along with any Half end blocks to be 2'x2'x2'. Asphalt restoration Binder/Wearing Course- Price includes cost of excavation, purchase and placement for, 4 1/2" of 25mm Binder, 1 1/2" of 9.5mm Wearing Course to restore area effected by construction around the wall to match existing condition or better. Grass Restoration- Price includes cost of topsoil as needed, grass seed and straw, straw mats to restore area effected by construction around the wall to match existing condition or better. Removal and Re-installation of existing fence- Price includes cost of labor and materials required for fence removal, re-installation and restoration. The existing fencing in the area effected by construction on the wall to match existing condition or better.
