Renovations at the Glassport Municipal Complex - Electrical Construction Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Base Bid; and by a Non Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if Applicable). Project is Subject to Applicable Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.l. 987, as Amended and Supplemented.
