The project involves lighting renovations at the Glassport Municipal Building for the Borough of Glassport. Bidders are required to follow all instructions provided in the bid documents regarding submission procedures, materials, and any other requirements stated for the successful completion of the work. The work under this project includes the purchasing, furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all removal of existing and installation of new overhead LED lighting, occupancy sensor switches/overheads, LED emergency exit signs, all junction boxes, wiring and any additional materials as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but is not limited to: A. Remove existing overhead lighting fixtures. B. Remove existing light / occupancy switches. C. Remove existing emergency exit signs. D. Install new overhead LED lighting fixtures. E. Install new occupancy sensor switches/overheads. F. Install new LED emergency exit signs. G.
