Renovation of a municipal facility in Glassport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all removal of existing and installation of new overhead LED lighting, ceiling tiles, occupancy sensor switches and LED emergency exit signs as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but is not limited to: A. Remove existing ceiling tiles. B. Remove existing overhead lighting fixtures. C. Remove existing light / occupancy switches. D. Remove existing emergency exit signs. E. Install new ceiling tiles. F. Install new overhead LED lighting fixtures / bulbs. G. Install new occupancy sensor switches. H. Install new LED emergency exit signs.
