Chip Seal, Cover material, Trucking, roads, materials. The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: UDOT with Cover Material for the specified drop points in Region 4. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Awards will be given to the vendor with lowest cubic yard price for material and delivery to each location. UDOT reserves the right to add or subtract +/- to the amounts on each site based on budget and changes that may occur. The contract resulting from this IFB will be through the completion of the contract. 1Year. Material must be delivered by May 4th 2024 Question Deadline : 01/23/2024 at 2:00 PM MT
