Marion County MSTU/Silver Springs Shores (SSS) Community Center is currently seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for the installation of a Keystone Crossing playground system at SSS Community Center. The Community Center is located at 590 Silver Road, Ocala, FL 34472. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall: 1. Conduct site assessments of existing conditions. 2. Obtain all necessary permits. 3. Adhere to all details and specifications. 4. Clearing and leveling of the site is to be done. 5. Assembly and installation of Keystone playground system. 6. Meet the requirements of completing the project as stipulated. 7. Maintain a neat and orderly site. 8. Follow safety and clearance standards and guidelines. 9. Possess either a General Contractor License or Building License to be deemed qualified. TERM: 30 calendar days to Final Completion
