The proposed scope of this project is to provide additional parking areas for the existing fairground facility. The scope of work will consist of existing asphalt pavement reconstruction, excavation, embankment, grading, emulsion, flexible base, subgrade preparation, mill and overlay, ADA striping and pavement striping. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
