The Town of Kentwood, Louisiana will receive separate sealed Bids for the 2022 Water Sector Program Improvements; Sewer Lagoon Rehabilitation; Contract No.: 23-1849-12. The work consists of: Improvement of approximately 1,767 feet of wastewater lagoon levee with the installation of earth-retaining pre-cast barriers, earthwork, levee-top aggregate roadway improvements, sheet piling, and related work. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The work is subject to compliance with U.S. Department of Treasury Coronavirus State Fiscal Recover Fund requirements, as described in the bidding documents. This includes the additional good faith efforts to solicit minority owned, women owned, and disadvantaged owned businesses. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly review Article 19.00 of Section 00 73 00 Supplementary Conditions within the project manual and to follow any and all Federal requirements. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
