Questions Due Date: Jan 26th 2024, 5:00 PM EST NorthStar Museums and Education, on behalf of New Foundations Charter School (NFCS), issues this Invitation for Bids for the construction of a new Building Addition and associated renovations as outlined in the set of Construction Drawings and Specifications prepared by Cicada Architecture. NFCS is seeking qualified General, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Contractors to perform the full scope of work outlined in the set of Construction Drawings and Specifications prepared by Cicada Architecture. It is noted that each of the General, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical contracts will be a separate Prime contract held directly with NFCS. Refer to the attached Invitations for Bids and the associated Exhibits for additional information and details. The new Building Addition will be constructed on top of the existing Science Wing, with a new stair tower constructed at the existing main entrance. Bidders are expected to be highly educated on the scope of work, and will be expected to meet the required milestone deadlines to avoid disruptions to NFCS's operations.
