This request for quotes (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for the delivery, training and technical support of professional quality Tricasters at the Bradley Central High School located at 1000 South Lee Highway, Cleveland, TN 37311 and Walker Valley High School 750 Lauderdale Memorial Hwy, Cleveland, TN 37312. All bids must conform to the requirements presented in the Instructions to Bidders and Attachment A of this RFQ. To facilitate evaluation, all bids must be submitted on the form provided in this document as Attachment B. Bids not in conformity may be rejected. Additional brochures and descriptive material may be included. Tricaster specifications and features to include or be similar to those of the NewTek Tricaster 1 Pro. o Tricaster with 16 video input sources with 4 being BNC (3G-SDI) Female, and one being an RJ45 (NDI) Female. o The input video format up to 1080p at 25/29.97/50/59.94fps, and UHD 4k at 60fps using NDI through the RJ45 connections. o 2 XLR analog female inputs o 6 quarter inch TRS Analog Female inputs o Embedded audio from both SDI and RJ45 inputs. o 4 output channels in software, with 4 physical BNC outputs and 1 RJ45 output. o Maximum video output format through SDI of 1080p at 25/29.97/50/59.94fps, and UHD 4k at 60fps via RJ45 over NDI. o Contain 2 XLR analog male outputs and 3 quarter inch TRS analog male outputs o Embedded audio outputs through both SDI and RJ45. o 4 way multi-view via HDMI and DVI, with access to 1 Displayport, 1 HDMI, and 1 DVI-I monitor output. o Ability to run 3 simultaneous streams. This bid should also include a control panel that has compatibility with NewTek Tricaster 2 Elite/Tricaster 1 Pro/ Tricaster TC1/ Tricaster 410 Plus/ Tricaster Mini 4K/ Tricaster Mini X. It should also include 2 USB-A 2.0 Female inputs, 1 Rj45 video input/output, and 2 quarter inch mic inputs, 1 quarter inch headphone output, 4 quarter inch line inputs. It should also possess a Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability. The bid to include a protection plan for both of the devices.
