**As of March 1, 2024 project was awarded to Flooring Center, awarded amount is $88,327.18.** For Bids The Cleveland Board of Education is seeking bids on the following items Flooring for remodel of Cleveland City Schools property located at 775 Raider Drive NW, Cleveland, TN. Carpet tile and cove base are to be installed in the designated areas on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There is approximately 3,000 square yards of carpet and 3,360 linear feet of cove base. Prior to installation the existing concrete floor will have to have old carpet adhesive removed and be prepared for new adhesive specifically designed for carpet tile. The carpet tile will need to be installed per the manufacturer's directions, so it can be easily replaced.
