Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sun Splash Park suffered significant damage in the Hurricane Season of 2022. This project will repair existing storm damaged seawall and demolition and removal of existing upland park hardscape paving with associated repair/restoration of these facilities. The walkovers will be reconstructed under a separate solicitation at a later date. Question Submission Deadline:February 8, 2024, 11:59pm ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $782,340.00 The County of Volusia, Public Works Department, Coastal Division is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Sun Splash Park Seawall and Pavilion Storm Damage Repairs located at 611 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32118. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Term: Total contract time: 150 days
