Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
This work shall consist of all labor, materials, and equipment required to maintain traffic as specified on Stony Creek Road during the bridge replacement, including bridge removal, culvert installation, pavement removal, HMA paving, drainage improvements, slope restoration, permanent pavement markings, and permanent signing in Ypsilanti Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan Bridge removal and replacement and approach work on Stoney Creek Road over Paint Creek, Washtenaw County. This is a Local Agency project. Net classification required for this project is 1204 Ea or 1204 Fa In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Ea and Fa. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
