Renovation of a detention facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,561-square-foot detention facility.
This project is to construct and install Polk County Sheriff's Office Ridge District Station at Poinciana which includes civil, electrical, fire protection, landscaping, mechanical, plumbing, structural and architectural. The County hereby notifies all Bidders that Women/Minority Business Enterprise firms are to be afforded a full opportunity to participate in any bid by the County and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin. It is asked that Bidders make good faith efforts to use qualified W/MBE subcontractors in preparing their bid. CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 21,561 SF SHERIFF COMMAND CENTER, PARKING, ACCESS ROAD AND ASSOCIATED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 2-15-2024.
