The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for a qualified and experienced management company to manage and operate the City of Manassas Loy E. Harris Pavilion as a first-class outdoor seasonal ice skating facility. The period of the Contract shall commence on November 1, 2024 (start of the 2024 skating season) through October 31, 2025 and may be renewed for up to five (5) additional one (1) year periods.
