Degradation of interior and exterior station assets is a normal occurrence and can be attributed to many reasons, including but not limited to asset age, wear and tear and exposure to the elements. The intent of the State of Good Repair program of Metrolinx is to rehabilitate interior and exterior station assets in the East, West & Central Regions. TIMELINE: The Request For Proposals from Engineering Services has been awarded. The engineers will be awarded to individual projects on an as-needed basis to provide AutoCAD drafting services to help in the preparations of the specifications for Emergent Projects. The services provided will include civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural engineering. Metrolinx intends to establish contracts for a period of three years with generally three (3) or more Proponents. Projects will be identified based on capital funding approval. Design, tender, and construction timing is not released.
