Degradation of interior and exterior station assets is a normal occurrence and can be attributed to many reasons, including but not limited to asset age, wear and tear and exposure to the elements. The intent of the State of Good Repair program of Metrolinx is to rehabilitate interior and exterior station assets in the East, West & Central Regions. TIMELINE: The Request For Proposals from Engineering Services is being reviewed. An award is anticipated summer, 2024. Services include AutoCAD drafting services to help in the preparations of the specifications for Emergent Projects. These also require limited Contract Administration and Site Supervision from the start to end of construction of the project. The services required to prepare specifications will necessitate the services of a certified engineer in the respective field, such as civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural or other discipline of engineering. t is the intention of Metrolinx to establish contracts with a minimum of two (2) Proponents, and generally three (3) or more Proponents. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
