Pre-Qualification: Yes The work to be completed under this contract consists of excavating and disposal of pond materials, installation of storm sewer, chain link fencing, and lawn type restoration. Pre-Bid Qualifications: All bidders shall be required to file or have on file a valid 2024 Bidder's Proof of Responsibility form with the Engineering Division, not less than 5 days prior to the time of opening of these bids. Only bidders who have demonstrated their qualifications to perform the work will be permitted to bid. Owner and Work: The City of Fond du Lac hereby gives notice that public bids will be received for the Theisen Storm Water Management Pond project. The project quantities include but are not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work: Furnish, Install and Construct: 800 LF of Concrete Storm Sewer Excavation, Hauling, & Disposal of Excavated Material Topsoil & Seeding Chain-link Fence
