Secondary School Network Cabling Question Deadline 01/29/2024 at 10:00 AM CT All questions, requests for information, or clarification pertaining to the RFP must be submitted to Elonia Norwood Email: erate@grandviewc4.net Work to be performed in accordance with the provisions included in the request for proposal. The Consolidated School District No. 4 (Grandview C-4 School District) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide network cabling for two of its Secondary Schools. The work is to be performed in accordance with the provisions included in this request for proposal. To be considered, one (1) bound copy marked "ORIGINAL" and two (2) additional copies of the proposal and a digital copy on a thumb drive in "PDF" format must be received by the Informational Technology Department located at 13007 10 th Street, Grandview, Missouri, 64030, by 2pm on February 12, 2024. Proposals received after 2pm will be rejected. II. NATURE OF SERVICES REQUIRED Background Information The Consolidated School District No. 4 is a K-12 district consisting of one Early Childhood Center, four Secondary Schools, one K-8 School, one Middle School, and one High School. Scope of Work to be Performed The Responders will provide network cabling in the following school buildings: Grandview High School, 2300 High Grove Road, Grandview, MO 64030 Grandview Middle School, 12650 Manchester, Grandview, MO 64030 All work will be completed outside of regular school hours.
