Reference Number 0000262825 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/07 02:00:00 PM CST The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) is soliciting proposals from qualified cleaning professionals/service providers (Contractor) for commercial custodial and janitorial services. The Contractor must provide a clean, safe, and attractive environment while taking extreme care when working near exhibits, galleries, artifacts, works of art and equipment. The CMHR is committed to providing a sustainable environment for its visitors and staff that ensures a healthy and safe experience while delivering services and quality standards acceptable to its visitors, building occupants and the Facilities Management department. The specifications have been developed as a guideline to deliver services that meet the CMHR's requirements that include: Daily Operation Sustainability Diversity and Inclusion Equity These requirements and standards shall be utilized by the CMHR and the Contractor to ensure proper interpretations and execution of all specified custodial and janitorial requirements and methods to be utilized during the effective duration of this contract. The contract term is to be for a period of three (3) years plus up to three (3) optional one (1) year extensions Term: 2024/04/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2027/03/31 01:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
