Project the Work Shall Consist of Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Lateral Reconstruction on Racine Street From Third Street to Ninth Street. The Work Shall Consist of Approximately 3,700 Lineal Feet of Water Main, Associated Valves, Hydrants, Approximately 70 Water Services, and Sanitary Sewer Laterals. Work Shall Include Street and Turf Restoration. Bids Will Be Received on the Following Contract: Contract No. M0002-09-23-00288 2024 Water Main Reconstruction Racine Street. Bid Security No Bid Shall Be Received Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check or Satisfactory Bid Bond Payable to Menasha Utilities in an Amount Not Less Than 10% of the Maximum Bid as a Guarantee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Contract, Performance/payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as Required by the Contract Documents, Within 15- Days After the Notice of Award.
