The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Center Street and North Main Street Water System Improvements Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
