This project is to widen select intersections of Hualapai Mountain Road to provide turn lanes. This item is being carried forward to FY26, and additional funds will be added pending a development agreement with property owners between Central and Seneca. The original project has been approved by Council, but was put on hold pending negotiations with property owners. As of August 15, 2025, this project is included in the City of Kingman FY 2026-2030 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
