The Contractor shall plan and execute the project work in such a manner as to provide the least amount of disruption to normal motorized vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic flow. The Contractor shall strictly adhere to all time limits and other restrictions as specified by the City of Colorado Springs in the approval of the Traffic Control Plan.
