This RFQ is intended to result The routine winter maintenance of the Ekwok Airport which includes Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities owned maintenance equipment, building structures, and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated. Contract Period: From Contract award through May 7 2024. No renewals. The Contractor fails to comply with the terms of this contract. In this event, the Contractor shall forfeit the performance bond, if required. The State reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, combinations of items, or lot(s), and to waive defects or minor informalities. This is an informal quotation that will not be read at public opening. The information may be publicly reviewed after award. The terms and conditions should be reviewed and understood before preparing a quotation. The quotation shall be the best net price. Return the quotation and the Bid Schedule by the above time and date to the above address. All questions concerning bidding procedures should be directed to the Procurement Officer.
