Site work and renovation of a residential development in Airdrie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Airdrie, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of: 1. Site Modifications - Supply and Install new exterior concrete work and new concrete front stairs as identified in the Architectural Drawings. 2. Front Addition - Construct new 8'-6" x 19'-61/2" addition to the front of the home complete with on-grade access and a new interior porch lift. 3. Back Entrance/Kitchen Addition - Construct new 26'-8" x 8'-7" to the back of the home and to connect to the existing detached garage. This addition will house a new Residential Elevator and a new Accessible Kitchen. 4. Basement Modifications - Modify basement space as required for the new basement addition area and elevator as identified in the Architectural Drawings. 5. All New Interior Modifications - Supply and install all interior finishing including new flooring, repairs, patching and painting; and modified structural, mechanical, and electrical, including new light fixtures as identified in the Architectural Drawings. The worksite is in Airdrie, Alberta. The exact location will be provided by the Consultant to those attending the Virtual Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting.
