Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parkston, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 1, 2024, project was awarded to Hulstein Excavating, in the amount of $2,320,538.25.** The Project includes but is not limited to: roadway reconstruction and utility installation including approximately 878 ft of concrete curb and gutter, 15604 SqFt of concrete sidewalk, 630 SqYd concrete approach and driveway pavement, 4347 CuYds of unclassified excavation, 5532 Tons of base course, 6053 SqYd of nonreinforced concrete pavement, 1767 tons of asphalt concrete composite, 1832 ft of storm sewer, 1661 ft of sanitary sewer, 1287 ft of water main and corresponding miscellaneous construction items on South First Street from SD Hwy 44 to Elm and on Elm Street from First Street to Depot Street. McLaury Engineering shall, upon request, furnish one copy of the Contract Documents, without charge, to each contractor resident in South Dakota who intends, in good faith, to bid upon the project.
