Demolition and site work for a residential development in Mount Pulaski, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Mt. Pulaski, Logan County, Illinois, will receive bid quotations for the partial demolition of the structure and removal of all debris located at 104 South Washington Street (PIN 06-314-007-00) pursuant to an Order for Demolition obtained by the City. All work performed by the bidder, or its subcontractors, shall be paid pursuant to Prevailing Wage laws. The bidder shall be fully insured for commercial general liability. The work shall be completed within 60 days of the award of the bid. It is assumed that all bidders have reviewed this report. The bidder shall not damage the main structure on the adjacent parcel and will be solely responsible for any damage done by it, or its subcontractors, to the subcontractor on the adjacent parcel. In addition to the demolition process the main structure shall be sealed and secured according to City of Mt. Pulaski building inspectors specifications. The City of Mt. Pulaski reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
