located at 104 S. Washington St. (PIN 06-314-007-00) Any questions regarding the bid requirements or details of the work to be performed should be directed to the City at cityhall@cityofmtpulaski.com. All work performed by the bidder, or its subcontractors, shall be paid pursuant to Prevailing Wage laws. The bidder shall be fully insured for commercial general liability. The work shall be completed within 60 days of the award of the bid. A copy of the Farnsworth Group report and the asbestos inspection report, regarding details for the demolition of the structure can be obtained from City Hall. It is assumed that all bidders have reviewed this report. The bidder shall not damage the structure on the adjacent parcel and will be solely responsible for any damage done by it, or its subcontractors, to the subcontractor on the adjacent parcel. Any questions regarding the bid requirements or details of the work to be performed should be directed to the City at cityhall@cityofmtpulaski.com. The City of Mt. Pulaski reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
