Montana State University Northern Campus and Great Falls College MSU Campus are seeking a Contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for elevators listed in Exhibit A: Elevators and Location, including all necessary supplies and repair parts, required to properly maintain and keep operational all elevators on the respective campuses. Contracted services also include annual tests and five-year full-load safety tests, when due. Contractor must adhere to the most current local, state and federal laws, codes, rules and regulations, as well as manufacturer specifications, for maintenance and repair of all elevators and lifts. OFFEROR’S MAY BID ON EITHER OR CAMPUS LOCATION, IT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO BID SERVICES FOR BOTH LOCATIONS LISTED IN THIS IFB. Question Deadline 01/25/2024 at 2:00 PM MT
