Project Description Furnishing of all services, labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the following project: Old 441/County Road 19A At Eudora Road Roundabout This Old 441/County Road 19A at Eudora Road project is with Lake County. The scope involves the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of County Road 19A (Old County Road 441) and Eudora Rd. The western limits begin along County Road 19A approximately 710 feet west of the proposed roundabout. The eastern limits end along Old County Road 441 E approximately 625 feet east of the proposed roundabout. The southern limits begin along Old County Road 441 SW approximately 2,100 feet south of the proposed roundabout and the northern limits end along Eudora Rd approximately 390 feet north of the proposed roundabout. The total length of the project is approximately 2,490 feet in the north/south direction and 1,335 feet in the east/west direction. Roadway construction will include milling and resurfacing, full depth roadway construction, significant clearing and grubbing, driveway construction, gravity wall construction, curb and gutter, handrail installation, sidewalk construction. The project also includes maintenance of traffic, signing and pavement marking, drainage improvements, lighting, and landscaping. Drainage improvements include storm drain system and stormwater pond sites. Site preparation work includes erosion control, clearing & grubbing, and earthwork. As part of this contract, Contractor shall bid Alternate #1 to complete the following utility construction: 1. Construction of approximately 1,110 LF of 12" HDPE potable water main along the north side of CR 19 A and north side of Old 441, one (1) fire hydrant ad two (2) 8" gate valves, one (1) 6" gate valve and potable water services and meters. 2. Construction of approximately 70 LF of 2" force main, one (1) 2" Plug Valve, 897 LF of 4" PVC force main, 185 LF of 4" PVC Service laterals, 508 LF of 12" PVC gravity sewer main, 611 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer main, seven (7) sanitary sewer manholes and one (2) storm conflict structure. 3. Construction of approximately 623 LF of 12 "Reclaimed Water Main, two (2) 10" gate valves and reclaimed water services & meters. All pedestrian facilities shall adhere to current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Utility coordination is required and has been coordinated. An environmental resource permit exemption has been obtained for the project.
