Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
HOME seeks to build 2 multi-family residential projects. As such, the projects will incorporate requirements for HUD, FHA, City of El Paso and State accessibility requirements including 5% accessible units and 2% Visual audio impaired units dispersed through the site. Evaluate any new applicable regulations at any design phase and at the time of permit submission. These programs may have specific HOME design standards that must be incorporated into the final design. The size of the projects (Phase I and Phase II) and unit mix are defined as per the attached master plan. As of January 28, 2026, construction is underway and expected to take 12-14 months to complete.
