The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the selection of a General Contractor on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). The General Contractor will be responsible for the requisite material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the repairs to the UMC Associate and Visitor Parking Garage Repairs Reference Exhibit B for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror's Proposal provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
