Contractors shall visit the site and perform a thorough site inspection. The contractor shall inspect the site to become familiar with the existing conditions relating to the work to be performed and the difficulties and restrictions to the work to be performed. Selected Contractor is responsible for determining actual square footage of areas of drywall and texture to be installed prior to submitting its proposal. 2.
