**As of February 29, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $139,257.50** Installation of light poles, LED retrofit existing light poles, relocation of light poles, installation of Quazite boxes, miscellaneous electric work and repairs. All claims, disputes and other matters in question between the Owner and the Contractor arising out of or relating to this Contract or any breach thereof, except for claims which have been waived by the acceptance of Final Payment, shall be submitted to mediation within thirty (30) days after a final determination is made by either the Project Engineer Bid Guarantee and Consent of Surety: All proposals must be accompanied by a statement of consent of surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Owner and either a bid bond or a certified check drawn to the order of Borough of Fair Haven for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
