Bid Guarantee and Consent of Surety: All proposals must be accompanied by a statement of consent of surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Owner and either a bid bond or a certified check drawn to the order of Borough of Fair Haven for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond and labor and material (payment) bond for the full amount of this project is required. Funding Source(s): Please be advised that the project is partially funded by a NJDOT grant. Statutory Requirements: The successful bidder shall be required to comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, which include but are not limited to the affirmative action requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
