The City of Ord will be accepting bids on a restroom/storage building just south of the Legion Baseball Field 20 x 40 building 2 x 4 wa Ils with sheeted exterior 8' ceilings Diamond Kote siding or equivalent 5/12 pitch sheeted/metal roof with a 2' overhang on 3 sides and a 6' overhang on the front side of the building Aluminum soffit and fascia 3 exterior 36" doors with ADA approved door levers and deadbolt all keyed the same 9x7 overhead garage door with lock Bathrooms to be ADA complaint with toilets, sinks, stall space, door, levers, grab bars and any other items of concern Proper backing installed in walls for urinal, sinks, mirrors, paper towel/toilet paper dispensers, grab handies, baby changing stations, and any other wall mounted devices Storage room walls and ceiling to be 7/16 OSB and to be hung with screws Bathroom walls and ceiling to be 7/16 OSB and to be hung with screws Concrete footing to be installed with a minimum of 4" thick floor sloping to the appropriate drains Composite dividers between all stalls with the 2 handicap stalls and the women's stall to have doors 2 changing stations Plumbing: will have 3 toilets, 1 urinal, 2 sinks and 5 floor drains Please contact Jeramie Van Leer at 308-730-1317 with any questions
