CR Number: 2105602 Interior reconstruction of two (2) outdoor municipal pools: Center Court and 91st Street Pools Contract term: Completed by June 15, 2024 Each bidder must include with his bid, a certified check or bid bond, payable to the order of the City of Niagara Falls, in the amount of not less than FIVE (5) PERCENT of the price bid, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, in form and substance, and with sureties approved by the City Corporation Counsel, in the amount of not less than ONE HUNDRED (100) PERCENTUM of the total amount of the accepted proposal. The City Administrator reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities.
